A super curl bar or a regular EZ curl bar?
An Olympic Super Curl Bar is a barbell designed specifically for training the upper arms. In comparison with the EZ-curl bar the super curl is provided with a special tooth shape in the barbell. Because of this it is very good to hold during exercises such as the bicep curl, triceps extension, preacher curl and more.

The major advantage is that the load on the lower arms is spared by the specific shape of the dumbbell bar Because of this the chance of annoying overuse injuries in the forearms is much smaller than when you do these exercises with a “normal” straight barbell.
